Continuing to support the Denver Comic Con’s mission to promote boutique and indie publishing companies, Action Lab Entertainment will also be among the featured guests this year.

KEVIN FREEMAN  is the president of up-and-coming small-press publisher Action Lab Entertainment and the writer of NFL Rush Zone, also from Action Lab.  Kevin has also written numerous pieces for Wizards of the Coast, and has written comics stories for Shrek, Richie Rich, Glob World, and the UFO Anthology. His magnum opus is the twice-weekly webcomic SubCulture, which debuted in 2007 as a four-issue comic series and has updated on the web continuously since February 2008.  It came to an end in October 2012 after 501 strips, and will be reprinted in its entirety in an Omnibus edition that debuts at Denver Comic Con 2013.  He also was the the Managing Editor at Ape Entertainment for seven years, and was Editor for the now-defunct Comics Now! Magazine.  A self-proclaimed “Evil Genius for a Better Tomorrow,” he is an avid traveler and a rabid soccer fan. He currently lives in North Carolina with his wife and son.
